Return Eligibility:
Timeframe: Items may be returned within 30 days of purchase.
Condition: Products must be in new, unused condition and in the original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and tags attached.
Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.
Non-Returnable Items:
Special Order Items: Items that are custom-ordered or specially requested are not eligible for returns.
Opened or Used Items: Products that have been used, installed, or damaged after purchase cannot be returned.
